When I was asked to take over this space as a boarding facility, I knew it would be a huge undertaking—but I also knew how important it was for our community to have a safe, caring place for their dogs to stay. I’ve seen firsthand how difficult boarding can be for pets. Both of my own dogs had traumatic experiences in boarding facilities, and to this day, they can’t be boarded—even in my own facility. Their experiences were my “why.”

Because of what they went through, I knew that if I was going to do this, I had to do it differently. My goal is to provide a boarding experience that’s calm, caring, and customized to each dog. Communication with you, as a pet parent, is something we prioritize here, whether the updates are good or challenging. There’s no such thing as a “bad dog” in our eyes—just behaviors that may require certain attention. We promise to communicate openly with you about your dog’s experience and to offer solutions to help ensure they feel successful and comfortable in this environment.

That’s why we have things set up the way we do. Every member of our team is trained to support the unique needs of each dog, and we require trial stays for any extended boarding so we can address any concerns well before your vacation. Everything here was designed with your dog’s safety and comfort in mind. Our suites have doors and privacy shades, not cages, to create a den-like experience where they can feel secure and relaxed. Inside, our gated play areas allow us to keep each group safe and provide the right environment for socializing and play.

This facility exists because we care deeply about providing a different kind of boarding experience—one where every dog feels safe, respected, and cared for like family.
