RECURRING APPOINTMENT CLIENTS CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment.

  • Cancellations made with 48+ hours notice: No fee will be charged
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice OR no-shows: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled grooming service fee.

Continued Cancellations:

If cancellations persist and a reliable schedule cannot be maintained, we may need to remove your dog from our recurring schedule. Future appointments would then need to be booked individually based on availability.
